The Development of Cegelec Défense Mechatronics Solutions

Cegelec Défense Mechatronics Solutions draws on expertise developed since the 1980s in the design and manufacture of positioners and turret systems.

This expertise, initially focused on precision mechanics, has gradually expanded with the development of servo and control systems, enabling the company to offer comprehensive solutions integrating mechanics, electronics, and software.

Starting in the late 1990s, the company also developed expertise in stabilized systems for naval applications, particularly in the context of satellite telecommunications systems installed on ships.

Today, these technologies are used in applications requiring high precision and reliability, such as trajectory tracking, flight analysis, measurement and observation systems, and stabilized platforms.
